The Egyptian Police have arrested the lead negotiator between bandits and the passengers kidnapped from the attacked Abuja-Kaduna train, Alhaji Tukur Mamu. The PUNCH gathered that Manu was arrested in Cairo, the Egyptian capital on Tuesday. The bandits’ negotiator was said to have been arrested in Egypt alongside his family members.
